Meet The Staff Debra Hoag, President Debra has been in the financial services business since 1982. She started in the investment business as a municipal bond trader with a regional bond firm in Little Rock, Arkansas. In 1985, she joined John Hancock as a sales representative, and became a brokerage manager in addition to personal production. She then became an agency manager and established a national brokerage network working with numerous broker dealers, producer groups, and individual producers. In 1998, she relocated her brokerage agency to Boston, Massachusetts. In 1999, Debra went into the John Hancock corporate home office in Boston to open up a distribution channel as General Director of John Hancock Direct Brokerage, which is designed to work with independent broker dealers, producer groups, and wholesale services. Ms. Hoag offers marketing, illustration, and underwriting support in addition to advanced sales design for Ogilvie Security Advisor registered representatives. She is able to assist in both securities and insurance products. Ms. Hoag holds series 7, 24, and 63 licenses in addition to insurance licenses in all states. She is also a member of the AALU and Boston Life Underwriters
